PRODUCT WARRANTY
Product warranty for bakeware is valid for 1 (one) year
The warranty starts from the day the customer receives the product
The warranty covers cases such as:
Items received are in defect condition by showing the unboxing video (without any cuts, edits and still in initial packing condition)
Chipped coating
The warranty does not cover cases such as:
Defect caused by negligence in use, both intentionally or unintentionally
Or other things that are contrary and not in accordance with business ethics
Terms & Conditions for Submitting Warranty
Guarantee must include photos of the product’s condition
For Bakeware products, it will be exchanged for the same item
If the product is no longer available, the warranty can be exchanged for a store credit (according to the product’s price at the time of purchase). Store credit cannot be cashed.
Product return costs are borne by the buyer, and shipping costs are borne by Monna Bakeware
Exchange of Goods
Terms & Conditions for Exchanging Goods
Items purchased can be exchanged for a maximum of 3 (three) days from when the products are received by the customer
Include a photo of the condition of the product
The product that will be exchanged have never been used and are in complete state
Exchange must show the purchase invoice
Exchange can only be for products that cost the same or more expensive (the buyer pays the price difference)
Items purchased at the time of promotion or discount cannot be exchanged
Goods exchange can only be done 1 (one) time
The cost of returning and shipping of the products is borne by the buyer
Return of Goods:
Return of goods can be done via expedition
The replacement product will be delivered out after the item sent by customer have been received and the condition of the goods has been confirmed in accordance with the terms & conditions
